Foundation of Clean Air Systems was laid way back in the year 1991 as a manufacturer, exporter and supplier of air cleaning systems that are extensively used in hospitals and nursing homes that require a sterile atmosphere. In addition, we are also engaged in offering efficient after sales services for all our products. Our comprehensive gamut constitutes of laminar airflow, bio-safety cabinet, fume exhaust hoods, powder containment booths, air shower entry systems, pass boxes and sterile garment cabinets. Marked by quality, quick order processing and timely deliveries, we have achieved the highest degree of client satisfaction leading to repeated orders. Both our unmatched products and services are in compliance with requisite international standards adding to the credibility of our company. Entering into the 16 th year of existence, we are striding at a faster pace to expand our presence in not only domestic but also in the international market.

 Competent Infrastructure We have a state-of-the-art production facility spread over 6700 sq. ft. area and is equipped with the latest machines and equipment. With the presence of an advanced facility we are geared to expand our production capacity further that is presently at 30 units per month. The annual turnover of our firm amounts to INR 200 lacs that is bound to increase in the coming years. Equipped with CAD/CAM facility, we are having a complete range of fabrication, painting and testing machines for all the following activities:

Managing such a vast infrastructure has been an easy job for us with the presence of a highly qualified manpower. We have on board a team that consists of mechanical engineers, technocrats, scientists, researchers, lab assistants and allied workers. It is due to their combined efforts that have resulted in an increased production of our products without any defects. |
Our Founding Members | Ours is a partnership firm founded by Mr. R. Ravi and R. Sumumar. Both our founding members are having a rich experience in the industry and have experience in manufacturing and marketing for over two decades. Their zealous efforts have helped us in creating a strong foothold in the industry and earned us the membership of FICCI. It is through their knowledge of the industry that each of our products is thoroughly checked for efficiency and performance before delivering to the customers. |
Comprehensive Quality Management | Being a result oriented company, our stress is on maintaining quality in all our products. Hence, we are adhering to all requisite norms and standards and work to incorporate them in our quality management system. We have adopted regular quality monitoring procedures at every stage of manufacturing with the aid of our vigilant quality inspectors. They maintain a close watch on the entire manufacturing process. A number of tests are performed on the products to test their performance and efficiency. These tests are performed before dispatching the products to their respective destinations. |
Value Added Services We take pride in our capacious warehouse that is capable of storing voluminous amounts of finished products. It is segregated into different sections that are labeled according to their variety, which makes it easier to identify the consignment at the time of delivery. We also make sure that the conditions inside the warehouse are favourable for the proper storage of the finished products preventing wear and tear before delivering. Each of the products is then packed using suitable materials as per the demands
of the customers. We do individual packing as per requirement. The packed products are transited to their respective destinations with our efficient logistics network. Our company shares strategic contacts with some of the leading C&F agents in the country for making expedite deliveries. We require a lead time of 4 to 5 weeks from the time of placing the order. |
