Laminar Airflow
The basic construction of the laminar airflow systems are – these have a blower, a plenum and a effective air filter. As per the idea variations, the number of components may change but the basic idea is the same. The name laminar has been given because the turbulent air upstream is altered by the filter into the straight line flow off towards the downstream face of the filter. |

 | Horizontal Laminar Airflow Our horizontal Laminar Airflows are perfect for operation in particle free & sterile conditions. This is possible due to continuous flushing done by ultra filtered airflow & unidirectional airflow in the working area. This continuous flushing also assures full protection of the products.
We design our laminar air flow benches as per class 100 cleanliness for flushing very minute particles. The size specifications of the particles, which can be flushed both in their rest & dynamic conditions by our benches are as follows:
0.5 µm < 3530 particles / M³ to 5.0 µm < 0 particles / M³ .
Special features
In our Laminar Air flow horizontal benches, the following features are present:
• International standard Mini pleat HEPA filters for high efficiency particle retention.
• For reducing the noise & vibration level, there is spring suspended DIDW blower assembly.
• Low pressure gouge is also present inside the benches, which are specially designed for monitoring
the pressure level. |
| Vertical Laminar Airflow Our Vertical Laminar Air Flow also called laminar airflow benches are manufactured by various types of constructional materials, which are as follows:
• International Standard (IS) 316 grade stainless steel with polish finish.
• Galvanized Iron with PU coated finish.
• International Standard 304 grade stainless steel with polish finish
• Laminated finish water ply.

| Ceiling Suspended Laminar Airflow Ceiling suspended laminar airflow (CLAF) are used for OT applications, pharma filling & packing line etc. CLAF provides ultra clean sterile HEPA filtered CLASS 100 air in a isolated area where the highly sensitive process activities are carried-out.
Cleanair CLAF available in complete stainless steel construction or GI construction with PU coated finish.
Equipped with MINIPLEAT HEPA with dynamically balanced ultra-low noise blowers for optimum airflow.
Differential pressure monitoring done through MAGNEHELIC gauges.
Various sizes can be manufactured and supplied to suit the specific site conditions. |
