Heavy-duty and dynamically balanced blower assembly provided in the unit removes smoke / fumes / odor from any chemical process conducted in the hood. Work surface is provided with acid proof ceramic lining or with finely polished granite. Front sash is connected to suitably balanced counter weigh for convenient vertical sliding. Provided with suitable lighting inside the work chamber. Available with or without storage cupboard under the workbench Available in ductless type also, with activated carbon filter to remove heavy odors.

Cleanair™ fume cupboard is of constant supply air hood with auxiliary bye-pass provision. Three sides of the hood are permanently closed and the front side provided with sliding door with 5 mm clear toughed glass panel in metal frame. The fume chamber will be provided with a powerful centrifugal blower, mounted on top of the hood, suitably designed to create necessary suction pressure so as to force the fumes from the hood to exhaust out in to the atmosphere through the duct. The blower and casing will be made of mild steel with polyurethane paint coated/FRP finish.

all the fume exhaust hoods are provided with a specially designed under-bench storage shelf, which acts as a support-stand for bottles, small instruments etc. Each under-bench module is provided with top drawer and a horizontal partition and lockable doors. These modules are fabricated by using galvanized iron steel and finished polyurethane paint over three coating of surface primer.

clean air™ fume exhaust hoods are available in complete FRP construction or in pre treated electro-galvanized iron sheet construction and coated with polyurethane paint finish with interior FRP lining or completely made of is 304 SS construction.
