 | Air Shower Entry Systems Various constructional and working specifications of the air shower entry system 2 are:
• The entire system is constructed by polished stainless steel. These are also constructed by GI with oven baked PU paint finish.
• We offer these air shower entry systems in different sizes and dimensions.
• These are also available with different entry & exist door directions.
• The the highest purification capacity of these systems in our collection can go up to particle sizes 0.5 micron & above.
• We offer both in automatic as well as partial automatic form.
• Optional grated datum.
• The operational velocity of these system is 20 – 25 M/Sec (+/- 2).
• The time taken for showering is 0 to 120 seconds and as per the requirements, the showering time can be adjusted.
• In all the three direction i.e. right , left & top, the nozzles can be fitted.

| Air Shower Systems Prior to the entry of a controlled environment, Our manufactured air showers are installed and this assists in avoiding contamination through personnel entry. To lift off various types of contaminations including dirt, lint, dust etc, our manufactured air showers employ concentrated airflows. The individual air flow is conducted through a specially manufactured chambers inside these air shower entry system.
Effective scrubbing action is ensured by the high velocity air from jet nozzles, which is essential for removing the particulate matters. Polluted air then flows through the shower's side walls and finally, it passes through pre-filters and HEPA filters for letting off all impunities. |
